Bail Granted to Former Minister Ambati Rambabu

Former Minister Ambati Rambabu has been granted bail by the Guntur Special Court. The bail was given in a case that was registered on November 12 last year. The case was filed in connection with a rally held against the privatization of medical colleges.

Police had alleged that Ambati Rambabu obstructed their duties during the rally. The police filed a petition seeking custody of him, but the court dismissed the request. As a result, the court granted him bail in the case.
