The Andhra Pradesh Assembly Budget Session will continue till March 6, as decided in the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting held under the chairmanship of the Speaker. The state government will present the annual budget in the Assembly on February 14. The BAC meeting discussed the duration of the session, the legislative agenda, and the bills to be introduced during the proceedings. A total of 16 working days have been earmarked for the Assembly session.
Special sports competitions and cultural programmes have been planned for MLAs on March 5, 6, and 7. During the budget session, several key bills will be taken up for discussion, along with deliberations on the state’s financial position and future development plans, officials said.
