AP BJP Reaffirms Amaravati as the State's Sole Capital

The Andhra Pradesh BJP has reiterated that Amaravati is the state's only capital. BJP State President P.V.N. Madhav and MLC Somu Veerraju criticized YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy over his recent "Mavigan" remarks, stating that Amaravati remains the only capital of Andhra Pradesh.

The BJP leaders alleged that Jagan initially supported Amaravati, later proposed the three-capital model, and is now making fresh statements. They said the state is witnessing rapid development under the present government and accused Jagan of attempting to create confusion. They also claimed that not a single rupee was spent on developing the capital during his tenure.
