Amit Shah Responds to Red Fort Blast - Investigation in Full Swing!

Authorities have declared a heightened state of alert after a devastating car explosion near Delhi's famous Red Fort sent shockwaves across the country. Around 7 p.m., the incident happened. A Hyundai i20 car unexpectedly exploded close to the Subhash Marg traffic signal, hurting multiple pedestrians and causing damage to surrounding cars. Officials have not yet confirmed the precise number of fatalities, but preliminary reports indicate that a few people may have died.

Shortly after the event, Union Home Minister Amit Shah released a formal statement detailing the prompt action taken by security forces. Experts from the National Security Guard (NSG), National Investigation Agency (NIA), and Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) conducted a thorough investigation ,after teams from the Delhi Crime Branch and Special Branch arrived at the scene within minutes of the explosion.
