BJP Telangana president Ramchander Rao said that the AIMIM party poses a threat to the country. He stated that this issue is not limited only to Hyderabad or Telangana but is seen in all states ruled by the Congress. Speaking at the BJP state office on Sunday, where several doctors and paramedical professionals joined the party, he stressed the need for a major change in state politics. He said that intellectuals have a key role in bringing this change and that Telangana needs a new political culture.
He criticized the Congress and BRS parties, saying they are unable to clearly explain their policies to the public and are instead indulging in abusive politics. He also alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy speaks on national issues without proper understanding. His comments on national matters like “Sir” reflect political immaturity, he said.
On the same occasion, MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy said that dividing GHMC divisions without taking public opinion is wrong. He urged the Chief Minister not to mix taxpayers with non-taxpayers. He strongly opposed the merger of Adibatla, Tukkuguda, Rajendranagar, Shamshabad and Bandlaguda municipalities into the Charminar zone. He questioned how taxes paid by them could be spent in the Old City.
