AIADMK Floor Leader Selection Sparks Internal Differences!

Differences have reportedly emerged within the AIADMK over the selection of the Legislature Party Leader in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. Around 30 MLAs submitted a letter to the Assembly’s Pro-tem Speaker expressing their support for senior leader S.P. Velumani to be elected as the Leader of the AIADMK Legislature Party.

Earlier in the day, 17 MLAs loyal to Edappadi K. Palaniswami submitted a separate petition seeking his appointment as the Legislature Party Leader. The developments have intensified discussions within the party regarding leadership and internal coordination in the Assembly.
