Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu continues to maintain his legendary 4-hour sleep cycle, according to IT Minister Nara Lokesh. Known for his unmatched discipline and relentless work ethic, Naidu is once again being praised for his dedication to governance. In a recently resurfaced video, senior IAS officer R.C. Sinha, who worked closely with Naidu during the united Andhra Pradesh days, described him as “a machine in human form.”
“He would work until midnight, sleep for just four hours, and wake up by 4 AM. After a short yoga session, he’d be out on the streets by 5 AM to personally inspect cleanliness drives. The entire administration was on its toes because of his sheer energy,” Sinha recalled. Reacting to this, Lokesh confirmed that Naidu still follows the same routine, sleeping only four hours a day and dedicating over 80% of his time to administrative work. “He’s as dynamic and determined as ever,” Lokesh said.
