

Virat Karna and Nabha Natesh starrer mythological action thriller Nagabandham was released worldwide on July 3 and has attracted attention for its grand visuals and mythology-based storyline. Directed by Abhishek Nama, the film is set against the backdrop of the mysterious Nagabandham and the hidden treasures of the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple in Kerala. Produced under the NIK Studios banner, the film also features Jagapathi Babu, Mahesh Manjrekar, Murali Sharma, Iswarya Menon, Daksha Nagarkar, and Anasuya in key roles. Made on a reported budget of over ₹100 crore, the film has generated strong interest among audiences.
According to industry reports, Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital streaming rights of Nagabandham for a significant price, although the official deal value has not been disclosed. Reports suggest that the OTT agreement includes a 4 to 6-week theatrical window, making the film likely to premiere on Prime Video during the second week of August, subject to its box office performance. The Telugu satellite rights have reportedly been acquired by Star Maa, while Zee Studios has secured the satellite rights for the Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi versions. An official OTT release announcement is expected soon.
