‘Viswanath and Sons’ OTT Release Date Revealed?

Suriya and Mamitha Baiju’s ‘Viswanath and Sons’ is receiving a positive response from audiences. Directed by Venky Atluri, the film features Radhika Sarathkumar in a key role, with GV Prakash Kumar composing the music. Produced by Naga Vamsi, the movie was released on August 14 and has reportedly crossed the ₹200-crore mark at the box office. The film continues to maintain a decent run in theatres.

Meanwhile, an interesting update about the film’s OTT release is doing the rounds. According to reports, leading streaming platform Netflix has acquired the digital rights to ‘Viswanath and Sons’. The film is reportedly expected to make its streaming debut one month after its theatrical release. If the reported deal is accurate, the movie could premiere on Netflix from September 14. However, an official confirmation from the makers or Netflix is awaited.
