Natural Star Nani and director Srikanth Odela’s The Paradise arrived in theatres amid considerable expectations. While the film reportedly performed reasonably well at the box office, it did not fully meet the expectations created by its pre-release promotions. The response to the film’s content also sparked criticism from some viewers, leading to discussions about whether a different presentation could improve the overall experience.
According to recent reports, Nani is considering changes to the film’s OTT version. The digital release may include previously unseen scenes that were removed from the theatrical cut. Director Srikanth Odela had reportedly spoken about the possibility of changes earlier, and the latest reports suggest that additional footage could become part of the streaming version. Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, the film features Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni and Raghav Juyal in important roles. However, the proposed changes and the inclusion of deleted scenes have not been officially confirmed. It remains to be seen whether the revised version will appeal more strongly to OTT audiences.
