Taapsee Pannu’s Gandhari Starts Streaming Today

Netflix’s latest Hindi direct-to-digital film Gandhari is set to premiere on the streaming platform today, September 3, 2026. Starring Taapsee Pannu and Ishwak Singh in the lead roles, the action thriller is directed by Devashish Makhija and written by Kanika Dhillon. Unlike the usual midnight releases expected by many viewers, Gandhari will begin streaming at 12:30 PM IST, giving audiences a slightly longer wait before they can watch the film.

The story follows Bani, a determined mother whose young daughter is abducted after Bani temporarily loses her eyesight following a brutal attack. Refusing to surrender to the circumstances, she trains herself and takes on a dangerous human-trafficking syndicate in a desperate mission to rescue her daughter. Chhaya Kadam, Swastika Mukherjee, Mita Vashisht and Jatin Sarna are also part of the supporting cast. With its intense premise and action-driven storyline, Gandhari is expected to offer viewers a gripping thriller experience on Netflix.
