‘Santhana Prapthirasthu’ to Stream on Two OTT Platforms on the Same Day

The Telugu film Santhana Prapthirasthu, starring Vikranth and Chandini Chowdary, is all set for its digital premiere. The film will begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video and Jio Hotstar simultaneously from December 19.

After its theatrical release in November, where it received decent attention for its sensitive subject, the film is now ready to reach a wider audience through OTT platforms. Directed by Sanjeev Reddy, the movie also features Amani, Tarun Bhascker, Vennela Kishore, and Muralidhar Goud in important roles.

Story Overview

Chaitanya (Vikranth) is a software professional who lost his parents at a young age and lives alone in Hyderabad. He falls in love with Kalyani (Chandini), who has newly arrived in the city. After she reciprocates his feelings, the couple decide to get married.

However, Kalyani’s father, Eshwar Rao, strongly opposes the relationship. Left with no choice, the couple marry secretly. Chaitanya believes that having a child will resolve many of their problems. When their attempts to conceive fail, they approach a fertility clinic, where a shocking truth comes to light.
