

Prabhas recent horror fantasy film Raja Saab, which failed at the box office, is now heading to OTT sooner than expected. Released during Sankranti as a festive treat, the movie couldn’t gain a good response or collections. Hence, the makers have decided to stream it digitally within a month. Official reports confirm that Raja Saab will start streaming on Hotstar from February 6. It will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, while the Hindi version may take a little longer.

Directed by Maruthi, this pan-India film features Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads, with Sanjay Dutt and Zarina Wahab in key roles. However, the movie failed to impress audiences due to its confusing storyline and weak content.
The story revolves around Gangadevi (Zarina Wahab), a former queen of Devanagara, who now lives a simple life with her grandson Raju (Prabhas). Despite her memory loss, she never forgets her husband Kanakaraju (Sanjay Dutt) and urges her grandson to bring him back, as she keeps seeing him in dreams. Raju travels to Narsapur Palace, where Kanakaraju draws him into a world of dark magic. How Raju faces him and what secrets Kanakaraju’s past holds forms the rest of the story.
