Prathama Drishtya Kuttakkar: What Really Happened Behind the Crime?

Malayalam crime thriller Prathama Drishtya Kuttakkar, directed by Shahad, received a positive response from audiences following its theatrical release on September 11. Parvathy Thiruvothu plays the lead role in the film, which reportedly earned more than Rs 50 crore at the box office. After its successful theatrical run, the movie is now set to make its digital debut on Netflix.

Prathama Drishtya Kuttakkar revolves around Aleena Abraham, played by Parvathy Thiruvothu, who gets a police job on compassionate grounds. The story takes an intriguing turn when a group of police officers on night duty accidentally commits a crime and attempts to cover it up using their knowledge of police procedures and crime scenes. A senior Crime Branch officer, played by Vijayaraghavan, takes charge of the investigation, leading to an intense mind game between the officers involved and the investigating team. Matthew Thomas, Vinay Forrt and others play key roles. The film will stream on Netflix from October 9 in Malayalam and Telugu.
