Mandaadi Trailer Released: Soori’s Boat Racing Drama Locks OTT platform

Mandaadi is an upcoming Tamil sports action drama centred on the thrilling world of boat racing and the fierce rivalry surrounding the sport. Directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, the film features Soori in the lead role as Muthukaali. The makers have now unveiled the trailer in both Tamil and Telugu, offering a glimpse into the film’s racing sequences, rivalries and dramatic storyline.

Along with the trailer launch, the makers have also announced a major post-theatrical deal. Netflix has officially acquired the OTT streaming rights to Mandaadi, with the film set to stream across multiple regional languages after its theatrical run. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on September 10, 2026. Telugu actor Suhas is making his Tamil debut with the film, which also stars Mahima Nambiar and Sathyaraj. Presented by RS Infotainment, Mandaadi has filmmaker Vetrimaaran associated with the project as its creative producer.
