Mandaadi OTT Release: Soori-Suhas’ Tamil Action Drama Reportedly Arriving on Netflix

Tamil actor Soori and Telugu actor Suhas’ Mandaadi has emerged as a successful sports action drama, with the film receiving attention for its coastal backdrop, intense action and boat-racing elements. Suhas made his Tamil debut with the film, playing a character with negative shades. The movie, directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, also features Sathyaraj and Mahima Nambiar in important roles. Reports have claimed that the film has crossed the ₹140-crore mark worldwide, although different trade reports have reported varying collection figures.

Mandaadi’s digital rights have been acquired by Netflix, and reports now suggest that the film could begin streaming from October 9 in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. However, Netflix and the makers are yet to officially confirm the October 9 streaming date. With G.V. Prakash Kumar composing the music and R.S. Infotainment backing the project, the film is now generating interest among audiences awaiting its OTT premiere.
