G V Prakash's “Lucky” Movie Receives a Great Response on OTT!

Music director-turned-actor GV Prakash Kumar, who recently impressed audiences with the success of Blackmail, returns as a lead actor with the film Lucky. Starring Anaswara Rajan as the female lead and produced by Pushpa Kandaswamy, the film is directed by Uday Mahesh. Blending entertainment with romance, family emotions, and contemporary political elements, Lucky presents a unique narrative designed to appeal to audiences of all age groups.

The story revolves around a lost puppy named Lucky and an autistic child, forming the emotional core of the film. When the missing dog falls into the hands of a politician, the hero’s journey to rescue it becomes the central conflict of the story. Featuring performances by Meghana Sumesha, Devadarshini, Ilango Kumaravel, Uday Mahesh, and Subbu, along with voice contributions from Kovai Sarala, Thambi Ramaiah, and Motta Rajendran, the film has completed production and premiered directly on Jio Hotstar OTT on the 20th, receiving appreciation as a wholesome family entertainer.
