Carmeni Selvam Heads to OTT Release

Starring Samuthirakani in the lead role and Gautham Vasudev Menon in a pivotal role, Carmeni Selvam is a recent feel-good entertainer from Kollywood. Directed by Ram Chakri and produced by Arun Rangarajulu under the Pathway Productions banner, the film had a low-key theatrical run and went largely unnoticed at the box office. Despite this, the movie has generated interest ahead of its digital release.

According to the latest update, Carmeni Selvam will begin streaming on Prime Video from June 3. The film also features Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Abhinaya, and Karthik Kumar in supporting roles. The story revolves around Selvam, an ordinary car driver, and portrays how an honest common man navigates life’s pressures and modern-day challenges, blending emotional depth with a relatable narrative.
