18 New OTT Releases This Week: DC, Korean Kanakaraju and More

The second weekend is over, but Irumudi is still showing a strong run in theatres. Toxic, which was released last week, has comparatively gone quiet. This week also brings several new theatrical releases, with Allari Naresh’s Rambha Urvashi Menaka and Romanchakam, produced by Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s production house, generating some buzz. Dulquer Salmaan’s I Am Game, Mamitha Baiju’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, Mirzapur, Maa Ramudu Andarivadu, Dharmasthala Niyojakavargam and Saha are also among the releases.

OTT viewers have plenty to look forward to as well. From August 31 to September 6, around 18 new movies, series and documentaries are scheduled to stream across platforms. Sun NXT will bring DC on September 4, while Amazon Prime Video will stream Jagame Sangeetham. Hotstar has The Court, and SonyLIV will offer Crime Patrol and Unmaadam. Netflix has several new titles, including Gandhari, Dhamaal 4 and Korean Kanakaraju, while Apple TV+ will stream Mayday on September 4.
