Single Member Committee on Laddu...Subrahmanya Swamy approached the Supreme Court

The Tirumala Laddu controversy has now reached the Supreme Court. Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has filed a petition challenging certain decisions related to the issue. He has questioned the state government’s move to appoint a single-member committee based on the SIT report regarding the Tirumala Laddu matter. In his plea, he has sought judicial intervention over the legality of this decision.

A bench comprising Chief Justice Justice Suryakant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi is scheduled to hear the petition on Monday. The matter is expected to witness detailed arguments from both sides.

With the issue already drawing political attention, the Supreme Court hearing has gained significant importance.
