Director Anil Ravipudi has recently explained why a song sung by Ramana Gogula was not included in the Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu. He confirmed that a song was indeed recorded with Ramana Gogula, but it turned out to be a soft, melodic duet.
Anil Ravipudi shared that he wanted the first song in the film to be energetic and full of excitement. Since the melody song did not deliver that level of energy, he decided not to use it in the movie. Instead, the team added a mass song with a catchy hook step that reminded audiences of Chiranjeevi’s classic films.
According to the director, this decision worked well for the film, as the song became a big hit among audiences. He also clarified that the Ramana Gogula song will not be released for now, but he may use it in one of his future projects.
