‘Shakti Shalini’, the next film in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, has officially gone on floors. The film marks the debut of Aneet Padda in this popular franchise. While recent rumours suggested that she would be seen in a double role, director Aditya Sarpotdar clarified that the reports are not true and chose not to reveal further details about the storyline or her character.

The film also stars Viineet Kumar and Vishal Jethwa in key roles. Some reports claimed that Aneet might portray both a protector and an evil spirit, but there is no official confirmation yet. After completing the Mumbai schedule, the team is set to continue shooting in Madhya Pradesh. The makers reportedly selected Aneet after being impressed with her auditions and wanted a fresh face for this significant project.
