A powerful biopic titled Gummadi Narsaiah is all set to bring the inspiring life of the late people’s leader and former Yellandu MLA Gummadi Narsaiah to the big screen. Known for his honesty, simplicity, and lifelong commitment to the common man, Narsaiah served multiple terms as an Independent MLA between 1983–1994 and again from 1999–2009 — always standing tall for the people.Kannada superstar Dr. Shiva Rajkumar will be portraying this legendary figure in a Pan-India project, directed by Parameshwar Hivrale in his directorial debut. The film is produced by N. Suresh Reddy (NSR) under the Pravallika Arts Creations banner, marking the studio’s first major venture.
The first-look poster shows Shiva Rajkumar dressed in a simple white kurta-pajama with a red scarf, walking with a bicycle against the backdrop of the Assembly building. A red flag with a hammer and sickle tied to the bicycle reflects the leader’s socialist roots. The concept video deepens this tone, showing him cycling into the Assembly — books tied at the back — symbolizing his humility, wisdom, and grounded personality. With Satish Mutyala handling cinematography, Suresh Bobbili composing the music, and Satya Giduturi on editing, the film promises strong technical craftsmanship. The production design will authentically recreate the era and the emotional depth of Narsaiah’s political journey. This Pan-India release (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi) will celebrate a leader who lived for the people — a man whose simplicity became his greatest strength.
