Vishal Turns Director: Makutam Marks a New Chapter in His Career

Actor Vishal, who earned a strong fan base among Telugu and Tamil audiences with films like Pandem Kodi, is now stepping into a new phase of his career as a director. He is making his directorial debut with the high-budget action entertainer “Makutam,” produced as the 99th project of Super Good Films, originally led by the late RB Choudary. The film stars Anjali and Dushara Vijayan as the female leads.

The second single titled “Nachake Vachera” was recently released, following the strong response to the teaser and the first song “The Rise of Linga.” The song launch event was held grandly in Hyderabad, where Vishal and the team shared insights about the film. Vishal became emotional, stating that directing Makutam is a dream come true inspired by watching Ram Gopal Varma’s Shiva, and expressed gratitude to RB Choudary’s banner and his father GK Reddy for supporting his journey from Pandem Kodi to this milestone.
