

A special event was held at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad, to celebrate the legacy of Padma Shri awardee and environmental activist Vanajeevi Daripalli Ramayya. Organized by Vasvik Foundation, the event also honored social workers contributing to environmental protection. The team of the short film Vanajeevi Ramayya announced that it will be expanded into a pan-India feature film to further spread his inspiring message.

Producer Nidigonda Naresh Prajapati stated that Ramayya’s life and environmental mission will be taken to a wider audience through a nationwide plantation drive and the upcoming feature film. The short film, directed by Vemuganti and starring Brahmaji, has already been selected for the prestigious Gaddar Awards. The team aims to promote environmental awareness and inspire future generations through this cinematic tribute.
