Vaishnav Tej, who made a sensational debut with the blockbuster Uppena, has been struggling to deliver a hit ever since. Films like Konda Polam, Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga, and Aadikeshava failed to click, causing major setbacks in his career. With continuous flops, Vaishnav has become extremely cautious about script selection and has reportedly rejected several stories over the last two years. Now, fresh reports suggest that Vaishnav Tej has heard a new script narrated by director Vikram K Kumar of Manam and 24 fame.
Discussions are said to be progressing positively, and the director is currently fine-tuning the final draft. UV Creations is expected to produce the film, and an official announcement may arrive next year. Meanwhile, Vikram Kumar is also working on a script for Vijay Deverakonda, indicating that big projects are lined up. If all goes well, Vaishnav’s next film is expected to go on floors in 2025.
