‘Uddta Teer’ Trailer Unveils a Spy Story with a Patriotic Twist

What happens when a Pakistani spy enters India, loses his memory in an accident and transforms into an intensely patriotic Indian? And what challenges does his unexpected transformation create for Pakistani officials? These intriguing questions form the central premise of Uddta Teer, starring Bollywood actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Aakash Kaushik, the film is scheduled to hit theatres on October 23. The makers recently released the film’s second trailer on social media, offering a glimpse into its unusual storyline.

Blending action, comedy and drama, the trailer features humorous dialogues, unexpected twists and entertaining moments built around the spy’s identity crisis. One of the comic highlights revolves around the character wondering why he feels like celebrating Independence Day on August 14 instead of August 15. The trailer raises questions about whether the spy will eventually discover his Pakistani identity or continue believing that he is an Indian patriot. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and others, and aims to entertain audiences with a mix of espionage, action and situational comedy.
