Popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai. According to reports, she bought the flat along with her parents in the premium area of Worli for around ₹29.70 crore. The apartment is located in Godrej Trilogy, one of the most high-end residential projects in the city.
As per registration details, the flat has a total area of about 2,750 square feet and includes three car parking spaces. The property was officially registered on April 1, 2026. Reports also mention that around ₹1.78 crore was paid as stamp duty, along with ₹30,000 as registration charges.
Shreya Ghoshal started her career after winning a music show and became widely popular with the movie Devdas. She later sang many hit songs in Bollywood and Tollywood films like Ghajini, 3 Idiots, and Aashiqui 2. She has sung more than 200 songs in Telugu films and currently charges over ₹25 lakh per song.
