Tollywood Producer Eyes ‘Ramayana’ Theatrical Rights

Producer and distributor Dil Raju is reportedly in talks to acquire the theatrical distribution rights of Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited ‘Ramayana’ for the Telugu states. According to reports, negotiations are underway for a deal worth around ₹105 crore. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Yash in key roles.

Mounted as a two-part cinematic spectacle, ‘Ramayana’ has generated significant anticipation with its grand scale and star-studded cast. Several major business deals involving the film’s music and distribution rights have already been reported. If the ₹105 crore deal materialises, it would mark a major investment in the Telugu theatrical market.
