YouTuber turned actor Mouli Tanuj Prashanth gained widespread recognition with his debut film, Little Hearts, which emerged as a sleeper hit at the box office. The romantic comedy brought him into the spotlight, but the actor has now revealed that he allegedly faced an unpleasant experience following the film’s success. Speaking at the teaser launch event of Donga Naa Koduku, Mouli claimed that he had experienced considerable hatred and jealousy over the past year. He said a news channel had contacted him after Little Hearts was released and invited him to attend an event. As he was unwell, he politely declined the invitation.
Mouli alleged that he was then warned that his upcoming films could face consequences if he did not attend the programme. Recalling the incident, he said he was frightened by the threat and eventually attended the event because he felt he had no other option. He added that those involved appeared to believe that intimidating him would leave him powerless. Despite the experience, Mouli said he intends to endure such difficulties as he works towards his goals and tries to establish himself in the film industry. His remarks have drawn attention, although the allegations have not been independently verified.
