To produce good films, one must undoubtedly take risks. That is precisely what brings uniqueness to a movie, stated the director of the film Decoit. He explained that, observing a decline in the number of love stories and dramas currently being produced in the Telugu film industry, he crafted this movie with the specific intention of filling that void. He noted that the film is receiving a positive response, as it resonates particularly well with women and Gen Z audiences. He further revealed that the movie—which was filmed simultaneously in both Telugu and Hindi—is garnering significant appreciation in the Hindi market as well.
Speaking on the occasion, producer Supriya Yarlagadda remarked, The climax is the true beauty of Decoit. It is currently the subject of much discussion. Produced under the banner of Annapurna Studios, the film features Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles, with direction by Shaniyel Deo. Following the film's recent release and the positive word-of-mouth it has generated, the film unit expressed their delight during a media interaction held in Hyderabad. The director acknowledged that working with newcomers presented a challenge; however, he noted that through the team's collective effort, they were able to complete the film within the scheduled timeframe.
