Tamil actor Suriya has made his direct Telugu debut with Viswanath and Sons, directed by Venky Atluri. Mamitha Baiju plays the female lead, while Radhika Sarathkumar appears in a key role. According to details officially shared by the makers, Viswanath and Sons collected more than Rs 20 crore gross in Telangana during its first week. With this achievement, Suriya has reportedly become only the second Tamil hero to cross the Rs 20 crore gross mark in the region during the first week. Trade circles expect the film to maintain its momentum in the second week as well, with audiences continuing to support the movie.
