Social Media Accounts Should Be Linked to Aadhaar - Ram

Actor Ram Pothineni has shared his views on photo morphing and trolling on social media. He said the lack of a clear identity online gives some users the confidence to abuse, harass and troll others without fear. Ram suggested that every social media account should be linked to Aadhaar to encourage users to behave more responsibly.

According to Ram, a system that helps identify the person behind an account could help reduce online abuse, cyberbullying and the spread of fake accounts to some extent. He believes that greater accountability on social media could discourage users from engaging in abusive or harassing behaviour.
