Snigdha Nayani Clears the Air on Wedding Rumours

Actress and singer Snigdha Nayani, who gained popularity in Tollywood with her debut film Ala Modalaindi, has recently made headlines with her comments on marriage rumours. Although she has been away from films for some time, she remains active through singing shows and social media. A video she shared recently, showing her getting married to another woman, followed by honeymoon clips, sparked widespread speculation online. Many netizens believed that she had actually tied the knot.

Speaking in a recent interview with a YouTube channel, Snigdha clarified that the wedding video was created purely for fun as a reel and was not a real marriage. She said even her relatives believed it was genuine and repeatedly called her to question why she had married secretly without informing them. Discussing her future plans, she said she would marry the right person if she found someone she genuinely liked. She added that she would be open to marrying a woman as well, regardless of gender, if that person was right for her. However, if she did not find a suitable partner, she would be happy to remain single for life.
