Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol Statue Unveiled in London

There is no need to specially introduce the Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol pair in Bollywood. They have delivered many hit films together. In particular, their romantic film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ holds a special place in the hearts of audiences. On the occasion of the film completing 30 years, bronze statues featuring the pair in their signature pose were created.

These statues were unveiled on Thursday at Leicester Square in London. This is the first Indian film to receive such an honor. Previously, statues of some Hollywood films like ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Mary Poppins’ had been installed. During the unveiling, Shah Rukh said, “This film is very special to me. Such films come very rarely, and I feel fortunate to have been a part of it.”
