Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has secured full ownership of his sentimental home in Delhi's Panchsheel Park by purchasing the remaining two floors of the property for approximately ₹37 crore. The Khan family already owned the basement and ground floor, and with this latest acquisition, they now own the entire four-level residence.
The house holds special emotional value as it was the first home Shah Rukh Khan shared with his wife Gauri Khan after their marriage in 1991, before moving to Mumbai. Located in one of South Delhi's most prestigious neighbourhoods, the property was purchased from the family of late businessman Vibhuti Narain Singh. The deal has been officially registered and further strengthens Shah Rukh Khan's luxury real estate portfolio.
