Samantha explained that many people check their phones or think about work immediately after waking up, which increases stress.
Over time, she developed a simple, effective morning routine that has transformed her life. Her routine includes avoiding phones for the first hour after waking, meditating for five minutes, sitting in sunlight, drinking warm water with turmeric and lemon, having a healthy breakfast, completing workouts by 11 a.m, and writing down daily goals in a notebook. She recommends following this routine consistently for 21 days to bring meaningful change in life.
