Record Collections, Packed Theatres: Megastar Rules Again!

Megastar Chiranjeevi expressed heartfelt gratitude to Telugu audiences for making Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu an all-time industry hit (regional films) and recreating his past box-office glory. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the Sankranthi blockbuster stars Nayanthara as the female lead, with Victory Venkatesh in a powerful special role. Produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela under Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments, the film was released worldwide on January 12 and has been running successfully with record-breaking collections.

To mark the historic success, the makers organised a grand All-Time Industry Hit Celebration, where shields were presented to distributors and exhibitors. Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi thanked audiences for their immense love and said the film brought back the vintage festival atmosphere of Telugu cinema. He praised director Anil Ravipudi for recreating classic celebration-style functions and for presenting him in a vintage mass avatar. Chiranjeevi described the film as one of his most enjoyable shooting experiences after Khaidi No.150 and Waltair Veerayya, and expressed joy over the strong family bonding within the unit.

Victory Venkatesh thanked fans for making the film the biggest hit of the season, while Anil Ravipudi credited the audience for delivering consecutive blockbusters and revealed that Chiranjeevi surprised him with a special luxury gift in appreciation. Veteran directors K. Raghavendra Rao, V.V. Vinayak, producers Dil Raju, Supriya, lyricists, technicians, and unit members praised the film’s success, music, songs, and festive appeal. The celebration concluded with overwhelming applause, reaffirming the film’s place as one of the biggest commercial triumphs in Telugu cinema history.
