Ravi Teja’s Hit Film Mirapakay Set for Grand Re-Release

Mirapakay is one of the memorable commercial hits in Ravi Teja’s career. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film featured Richa Gangopadhyay and Deeksha Seth as the female leads. Produced by Ramesh Puppala under the Yellow Flowers banner, the film had music composed by Thaman. Actors including Nagababu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Ali and Brahmaji played important roles.

Released on January 13, 2011, during the Sankranthi season, Mirapakay received a strong response from audiences and emerged as a successful entertainer. With several popular Telugu films recently returning to theatres and receiving a positive response, the makers have now decided to bring Mirapakay back to the big screen. The film is scheduled for a grand re-release on September 18. It remains to be seen how much impact Ravi Teja’s hit film will create in its second theatrical run.
