Ram Gopal Varma’s Sensational Comments on Dhurandhar 2

Director Ram Gopal Varma made sensational comments on social media regarding the blockbuster success of ‘Dhurandhar 2’, directed by Aditya Dhar. Responding to the film’s massive box office impact, Varma highlighted the silence of many industry veterans. According to him, “Aditya Dhar has dropped an atomic bomb on the film industry, yet the rest remain silent. Perhaps they think this is just hype and will fade, or they feel their own films cannot compete with ‘Dhurandhar 2’.”

Varma also offered advice to his peers: “When a dinosaur-sized film is blazing before your eyes and the box office roar shakes the earth, closing your eyes is not the solution. Treat ‘Dhurandhar 2’ as a lesson and apply its insights to your own films.” Starring Ranveer Singh, the film has created a box office tsunami from day one, grossing Rs. 1,365 crore worldwide and surpassing the total collection of the first installment (Rs. 1,307 crore) in just 11 days.
