Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, has officially locked a new release date. The film, which was earlier scheduled to hit theatres on March 27, has now been postponed. The makers announced that Peddi will release worldwide on April 30 and shared a brand-new poster with fans.
Interestingly, the announcement came shortly after the release date reveal of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan and directed by Harish Shankar. The film is set to release on March 26. With uncle and nephew films arriving within a month, fans are expressing their excitement across social media platforms.
Set in a rural backdrop, Peddi is a sports drama featuring Ram Charan in a cricketer’s role. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead, while Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar and Bollywood actor Divyendu Sharma appear in key roles. Music by A.R. Rahman has further heightened expectations. The previously released glimpse, especially the cricket sequence featuring Charan, has significantly boosted anticipation for the film.
