Raakaasa Business Creates Buzz !

‘Raakaasa’, produced by Niharika Konidela and starring Sangeeth Shobhan, has recorded a strong pre-release business. The film’s theatrical rights in Telugu states were sold for ₹12.5 crore, overseas rights for ₹2.25 crore, and the rest of India rights for ₹1.25 crore, taking the total theatrical business to ₹16 crore.

On the non-theatrical front, the film secured OTT rights for ₹10 crore and audio rights for ₹1 crore. Hindi dubbing and satellite rights are still pending. To emerge as a clean hit, the film needs to collect at least ₹17 crore share at the box office. With strong promotions and paid premieres, positive word of mouth could help achieve this target.
