The highly anticipated action thriller Dragon, starring Man of Masses Jr. NTR and directed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel, has been the subject of widespread speculation on social media in recent days. Several rumors suggested that NTR was dissatisfied with his look, leading to portions of already shot scenes being scrapped and even claimed that the film’s shooting had come to a halt.
However, the film’s production houses, Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, have firmly dismissed these rumors. They clarified that the shoot has not been stalled at any point and that the current break is only for preparations for the next schedule and finalizing NTR’s look. While there have been some changes in the planned schedule in Jordan, the production is said to be progressing smoothly.
The film is being planned as a two-part project. Rukmini Vasanth is set to play the female lead, while actors like Anil Kapoor and Bimal Oberoi are expected to appear in key roles. Leading Kannada music director Ravi Basrur is composing the soundtrack. Although the film was initially planned for release on June 25, reports suggest it may be postponed to 2027 due to scheduling delays. Fans of NTR have high expectations for the project and the official clarification from the makers has brought them considerable relief. Many believe this ambitious film could mark another milestone in NTR’s career.
