Prasanth Varma Responds to Allegations

Acclaimed filmmaker Prasanth Varma, known for his creative storytelling and unique vision, has officially broken his silence on the ongoing controversy involving PrimeShow Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The director issued a detailed press statement addressing the allegations and the misleading narratives circulating online.

Prasanth stated that certain media outlets and social media pages are sharing only selective and incomplete details about the issue, creating confusion among the public. He called this approach “irresponsible and misleading.”

Clarifying the situation, he said that the matter between him and the production company is currently being handled by the Telugu Film Chamber and the Telugu Film Directors’ Association, making it sub-judice. He urged everyone to allow the official process to take its course rather than drawing conclusions prematurely.

Denying all accusations, Prasanth firmly stated,

“All the allegations against me are false, baseless, and retaliatory.”

He also appealed to media houses and digital platforms to refrain from publishing unverified or speculative content until the official verdict is announced.
