Prabhas’s Mansion Likely to Be Completed in Two Years

Actor Prabhas has reportedly begun construction of his dream luxury mansion in Kokapet, located in Hyderabad’s Financial District. He had purchased a two-acre plot in the area two years ago and has now commenced construction after obtaining all necessary approvals from municipal authorities. The location is strategically close to the Outer Ring Road exit, offering seamless connectivity to key areas such as Shamshabad Airport, Gachibowli, and Jubilee Hills.

Land prices in Kokapet are currently estimated at around Rs 80 crore per acre, putting the total value of Prabhas’s property at approximately Rs 160 crore. The upcoming mansion is expected to feature world-class amenities, including a high-end fitness center, a private theatre with modern sound systems, and a swimming pool. The construction of this grand residence is likely to take around two years to complete.
