Rebel Star Prabhas’ upcoming action drama Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has generated fresh curiosity following the filmmaker’s latest comments on the film’s censor certification. Speaking at the trailer launch event of Romanchakam, Vanga was asked about the censor status of Spirit and indicated that the film is certain to receive an ‘A’ certificate. The statement has further intensified curiosity among fans about the nature and intensity of the film’s content.

Prabhas is set to portray a powerful police officer in the movie, which is expected to combine raw and rustic action with intense emotional sequences. Given Vanga’s previous films Arjun Reddy and Animal, expectations are high that Spirit will present Prabhas in a never-before-seen avatar. The film is currently under production, with the makers reportedly targeting a March 2027 release.
