Pan-India star Prabhas is joining hands with maverick director Sandeep Reddy Vanga for the upcoming film Spirit, and the much-awaited first look has finally been unveiled. As promised, Sandeep Reddy revealed Prabhas’ look from Spirit during the opening moments of New Year 2026. Adding to the excitement, Triptii Dimri has been confirmed as the female lead.
The first-look poster strongly hints at the film’s intense action-driven narrative. Prabhas appears in a strikingly fit and rugged avatar, with visible injuries wrapped in bandages across his body. He is seen shirtless, holding a liquor bottle in one hand while Triptii Dimri lights a cigarette placed between his lips. This bold and stylish transformation of Prabhas is something fans have never witnessed before, instantly pushing expectations for Spirit to new heights.
Sharing the poster, Sandeep Reddy Vanga extended New Year 2026 greetings to audiences with the message, “Indian cinema, witness your Ajanubahu. Happy New Year 2026.” The Spirit team added, “You loved what you knew so far… now get ready to fall in love with what you don’t know yet.”
Earlier, an audio glimpse titled Sound Story was released, featuring the voices of Prakash Raj as a jailer and Prabhas as an IPS topper who lands in jail as a remand prisoner. Prabhas’ line, “I have had a bad habit since childhood,” created strong intrigue, with the nature of this habit still being kept under wraps — hinting at a key element of the story. Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi and actress Kanchana also play crucial roles in the film. Spirit is being produced by Pranay Reddy Vanga, Bhushan Kumar and Kishan Kumar.
