Prabhas’ ‘Fauji’ Set for December 3, 2026 Release; Major Box Office Clash Looms

The makers of Fauji, the much-awaited period action drama starring Prabhas and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, have officially announced that the film will release worldwide on December 3, 2026. Prabhas will be seen portraying a soldier in the film, which has already generated significant buzz across the country. The recently released poster further heightened expectations, with the pan-Indian project being regarded as one of the biggest films in the actor's career.

The announcement has also set the stage for an intense box-office battle in the Hindi market. Ranger, starring Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Tamannaah Bhatia, is scheduled to release on December 4, while Akshay Kumar's upcoming comedy entertainer directed by Anees Bazmee is also targeting the same weekend. Trade analysts believe the simultaneous releases could result in stiff competition at the box office. Apart from Prabhas, the film also stars Imanvi, Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher and Jaya Prada in key roles.
