

Peddi starring Ram Charan is all set for a grand worldwide release on June 4. As part of its pan-India promotional campaign, the makers announced on Wednesday that the film’s trailer will be launched in Mumbai on May 18, followed by another major promotional event in Bhopal on May 23. The sports-based rural drama has already generated massive buzz among audiences, and fans are eagerly awaiting the trailer launch. Reports suggest that Ram Charan will be seen in the role of a sports labourer in the film, adding a unique and intense layer to the character.
Interesting details about the storyline are also creating excitement ahead of the trailer release. The film reportedly revolves around cricket and wrestling competitions set against a rural backdrop, with a strong emotional connection to the village of “Peddi.” Industry buzz suggests that the story highlights the sacrifices and decisions taken by Peddi for the welfare of his village. Jagapathi Babu plays Ram Charan’s father, while Shiva Rajkumar appears as a coach, with both characters said to have crucial importance in the narrative. Janhvi Kapoor stars as the female lead, while music is composed by A. R. Rahman. The film is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas in association with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
