‘Panjaa’ Creates a Massive Buzz!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s stylish gangster action drama ‘Panjaa’, directed by Vishnuvardhan, is all set to return to theatres. The film is being re-released on the occasion of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday. Although it did not achieve the expected success during its original theatrical run, the film has generated renewed interest among fans. With two days still left before the re-release, advance bookings are reportedly progressing strongly worldwide. The film has already crossed ₹1.5 crore in gross through advance sales, according to reports.

There is now considerable curiosity over whether ‘Panjaa’ will deliver massive openings in its re-release. The growing trend of fans revisiting Pawan Kalyan’s older films in theatres could work in the movie’s favour. However, it remains to be seen whether ‘Panjaa’ can match the re-release collections achieved by some of his earlier films. Sarah Jane Dias played the female lead, while Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music. The film was produced by Neelima Tirumalasetti, Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni and Nagesh Muntha under Arka Media and Sanghamitra banners.
